Welcome to Clear View

For almost seven decades, we have assisted families whose lives have been affected when a loved one has been stricken with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias. In the caring and comfortable yet fully secure environment of Clear View, residents have the freedom to enjoy almost three acres of attractive grounds, patios and facilities.

Residing at Clear View does not necessarily mean leaving one’s loved one behind. Friends and relatives can readily enjoy the company of the resident as frequently as desired.

Established in March of 1937, Clear View’s family owned and continually operated long-term care facilities provide secured geriatric care.

The facilities offer a broad range of medical services that allow residents to function at maximum levels. Our geriatric physicians, psychiatrists and psychologists direct and provide expert medical care and most have been affiliated with Clear View for many years

The specialized, licensed nursing staff, known for their length of employment at Clear View, are friendly and courteous professionals. Each is dedicated to providing all of the aids to daily living, with care and concern for the dignity and comfort of the resident as an individual

A Vast Array of Activities Makes Every Day Meaningful at Clear View.

To provide a well-rounded, active life for our residents, Clear View offers dozens of supervised activities weekly. Among the functions held in our large activity rooms are theme dances with live bands, wine and beer socials, exercise programs, movies and birthday parties. There is an on-site beauty parlor, barber shop, lounges and television rooms.

Outside, residents take part in barbecues, picnics, horseshoes, gardening, softball, shuffleboard, or outing to parks and many outdoor events. Religious services are held weekly. Gardena adult education teachers provide specialized classes and programs several times a day, 6 days a week.

These and other programs offer considerable stimulation, socialization and therapy while also maintaining active interaction with others in everyday life.

Consistent with Clear View’s policy of individual sensitivity, residents are not asked to perform any social activity that is beyond their capabilities or against their will.
